i could transition from the DIY network and HGTV to the food network... with a bit of coaching and perhaps a hypnosis session to get over my fear of burning pots.
id love a show, a cooking show, despite the fact ive never really cooked much [or well], where various guests would come on to teach me [and the viewing public] how to modify recipes for food allergies like peanuts and dairy and soy and gluten and yeast and the like...
there are more of us out there than the food network acknowledges.
glutenfreegirl is only one of tens of thousands.
but i want to be the posterchild.
