Life is full of AMOT's. Some of us deal with AMOT's better than others; I am one of the deal better's. Dealing with it, whatever it is, is always a matter of patience and persistence...Being injured showed me that I am more persistent than I thought. I have learned that the ONLY way for me to deal with being injured was to accept that I was, BUT that I wouldn't always be; That acceptance was and is the root of my patience. Things are always changing: the challenge is to make sure we are moving forwards and never back, towards better and never worse...It's been 5 months since I broke and I can pretty much sum up in two words what I have come to be: persistently patient...and as Martha Stewart, the guru of all things improvement, would say "it's a good thing."

"... a matter of time..."
...I can now run 3 miles consecutively, without having to stop half way through. I am still willingly and gladly and honestly following his rules so this and this dont happen again.
