short short update

im currently in girona spain. this place is really cool: i can see why so many cyclists love it. we are staying in a building built in the 16th century in an apartment in that lance armstrongs pt lived in whenever lance was in town. we are heading to the mountains tomorrow to do some hiking, then heading to the coast for some sea kayaking before heading to barcelona thursday, where we depart for the us on saturday. so far this trip has been full, in every sense of the word: full body(i ate my way through morocco) and full spirit (la pause was a special place where i felt myself shedding some old skin). not to mention, the wealth of new experiences ive accumulated....camel ride, anyone!? i cant wait to upload photos when i get back on the 28th...onward ho!
