so a training update:
after the 10 mile birdshit run on saturday
i debated giving the treadmill a workout on sunday morning.
but it was just too pretty, and too tempting, to run the 5 mile lake loop in the opposite direction. so i did.
i decided not to press my luck yesterday and gladly ran my 6 and a bit odd miles inside, on the rotating platform.
its all about balance, in more than one use of the word.
tomorrow its back inside and thursday as well, both 6 mile days.. friday is yoga and saturday is a 2.5+hr trail run on the greenbelt...depending on hydration levels, i might be doing a 30k trail race sunday.
yay.
